Why are Gablok insulated wood blocks suitable for self-build?
The Gablok concept requires neither large tools nor professional builders to create the insulated structure of your home.
The advantage of insulated wood blocks is that they weigh no more than 9kg. They've been designed to be lightweight and easy to handle, making them ideal for self-build projects!
Once we've drawn up the plans for your building project, we turn them into a Gablok assembly plan, complete with all the instructions for carrying out your project. An intuitive but planned construction technique.
At the same time, we supply you with the required number of insulated blocks and all the other elements needed for a solid Gablok structure, on bonded pallets.
Then all you have to do is follow the plan, assemble the wooden blocks as if you were building a toy, and fix them in place with the rafters supplied.
If required, we'll provide you with technical support throughout your self-build project.
