Thomas Ledain

Sales Representative

Being a "Thomas" at Gablok means, first and foremost, satisfying customer demand to the full.

T: "In theory, my role at Gablok is to make our customers' self-build projects a reality. In practice, it's much more than that. Every day, I meet new people, exchange ideas, visit building sites and take part in trade fairs. As well as this, I regularly go out on site to help my colleagues, especially during site start-ups. But above all, my main mission is to meet our customers' needs as effectively as possible.

My responsibilities are crucial to our team's success. In fact, without Joël and me, nobody would have a job. Of course, I'm joking! We each contribute, in our own way, to the smooth running and success of Gablok."

The rapid evolution of a young talent

T: "Since I'm 24, my career path is pretty short. I started out as a sales representative in the IT field, before arriving at Gablok 2 years ago."

Customer satisfaction as a personal achievement

T: "Rather than having a favorite project, my greatest pride lies in the satisfaction of our self-build customers. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing them happy with their achievement!"

Every day is different at Gablok

T: "My biggest driving force at work is constant change. Novelty stimulates me, and there's no shortage of that at Gablok! Every day is a different adventure that never leaves room for boredom. I'm constantly on the move, meeting new people and working on new sites. What's more, working alongside a young, dynamic team motivates me every day, especially on Fridays 😉 "

Escape through sport and travel

T: "Outside work, I have a passion for sport, especially soccer. What's more, I love to travel, although I only have 20 days off a year to do so."

The values that guide him on a daily basis can be summed up in a few words...

T: "Transparency and honesty are the values I hold dear. I attach great importance to being authentic in all circumstances, even if this is sometimes not perceived as a quality. "
